Foods to Stop Bad Breath

You may don’t know that some foods can stop bad breath effectively, here let’s list the foods to stop bad breath.

1. Milk

Unpleasant breath after eating garlic, drinking a glass of milk, garlic odor will be eliminated.

2. Lemon

Acid, bitter taste, have the effect of fluid, quench thirst and drive away summer heat. In a cup of boiling water, added some mint, and add some fresh lemon juice drink, can effective stop bad breath.

3. Grapefruit

Acidity, flavor cold. Chewing fresh grapefruit peeled meat can eliminate the mouth odor after drinking, with digestion and spleen, fragrance deodorant effect.

4. Kumquat

Have google effect to bad breath associated with chest tightness and food stagnation, chewing 5-6 piece of fresh kumquat can stop bad breath.

5. Honey

Put 1 spoonful of honey into a small cup of warm water, daily early morning fasting or drinking. Which quite effective to bad breath caused by constipation

6. Hawthorn

7. Tea leaf
