Fighting Bad Breath!
Bad breath, also called halitosis, everybody knows it, and cause rather unpleasant for the sufferer, it is even harder for others! Well aware that there are tricks to fight against this inconvenience, so take notes!
To begin we must still distinguish bad breath “normal” and bad breath associated with a disease responsible for halitosis. Indeed, some diseases of the ENT, such as chronic sinusitis, infection of the tonsils, but also taking certain medicines, some diabetes or even some protein products may be the cause of bad breath.
But do not worry, in about 70% of cases, halitosis is a dental origin. If this is your case, be aware that compliance with a number of basic rules relating to daily hygiene may be sufficient to solve the problems of breath “questionable”.
Brushing teeth after every meal is needed, since bacteria in the mouth piling promote the appearance of tartar and bad odors.
Similarly, do not hesitate to use dental floss, it will thoroughly clean teeth and spaces between each tooth crown in order to remove food residue and bacteria. There is also the son dental every taste (mint, fruit, …) rather pleasant to use!
Remember, when you brush your teeth, also clean the tongue with a toothbrush distinct from that used for your teeth, brushing back and forward. And yes, remember that dead cells accumulate on the language = bad breath!
Finally, think of a mouthwash, to repeat several times a week to disinfect and refresh the whole sphere oral.
However, if problems persist bad breath, do consult your dentist. Indeed, note that caries, calculus or gingival inflammation (gum) result in the proliferation of bacteria responsible for bad breath, and in this case, it is impossible to get rid of without proper treatment!

- Chewing a sugarless chewing gum in order to trigger the production of saliva.
- Chewing a mint leaf or a sprig of parsley after meals if you can not brush your teeth and avoid tablet and chewing gum with sugar because they encourage production of bacteria causing halitosis quickly, the smell of mint not lasting long!
