Chronic Bad Breath Treatment

Many people suffer from chronic bad breath it is, or permanent. It is therefore important to know what are the cause and chronic bad breath treatment.

  • Do not stay too long without eating, because when you are fasting, you can develop ketoacidosis which gives a fruity smell unpleasant.

5. Avoid tobacco: as said known example, “Kissing a smoker is like licking an ashtray. Smokers also have a higher chance of getting periodontal disease, which causes bad breath.

6. Take Vitamins to fight against bad breath:

  • Vitamin C will help prevent gum disease and gingivitis. It can help your body has rid itself of excess mucus and toxins that cause bad breath.
  • Vitamin A is important for healthy teeth and gums and accelerates healing.
  • Vitamin D helps to create an inhospitable environment for the growth of bacteria in your body.
  • A lack of B vitamins, especially B6, and Zinc can cause bad breath.
